Bootia Building came to us with a vision: to transform the way people interact with architectural spaces even before they&#8217;re built.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Client:<\/strong> Bootia Building<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Challenge:<\/strong> With vast floor plans and ambitious architectural designs, Bootia required a tool that could provide potential investors and tenants with a realistic, immersive preview of the property.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our Role:<\/strong> Entrusted with this mission, our 3D and Augmented Reality department got to work. Their objective: to seamlessly blend the tangible with the digital, crafting an AR experience that would captivate and inform.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Contributions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>3D Design and Modeling:<\/strong> Our team meticulously recreated Bootia Building in a digital environment. Every corner, fa\u00e7ade, and amenity was rendered with high precision, ensuring a true-to-life digital replica.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Augmented Reality Integration:<\/strong> The 3D model was then embedded into an AR application. Using a smartphone or AR glasses, users could now superimpose the Bootia Building onto any environment, allowing them to virtually &#8220;walk through&#8221; the property from anywhere in the world.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Interactive Features:<\/strong> Beyond passive visualization, we incorporated interactive elements. Users could toggle between day and night views, explore different floor plans, or even visualize furniture layouts within the space.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Outcome:<\/strong> The AR application for Bootia Building not only elevated the property&#8217;s marketing potential but also revolutionized the decision-making process for potential investors.
